Kimberly Phipps-Nichol started Blue Water Studio in 2004 in Nevada with the desire to create relevant, delightful and responsible design solutions for workplaces, healing environments and public spaces. The daughter of healthcare professionals, Kimberly learned early on that the built environment and industry have direct health impacts on individuals and the community. This unique lens informed Kimberly’s life long passion for balancing people, planet and prosperity.
An award-winning designer and project manager, Kimberly brings 30 years of experience curating community events and delivering commercial design and planning projects while also serving on boards and committees for charitable and industry organizations.
